Yes, absolutely. Food safety is our utmost priority. Our products are packaged under strict hygiene protocols and hold valid statutory licenses from the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) under licenses: Marketed by S.Ponnusamy Gounder & Co. (12426027000150), Unit 1 (12424027001066), and Unit 2 (12421027001029).

To keep your rice fresh and free from moisture or pests, we recommend storing it in a clean, airtight container (preferably stainless steel or heavy-duty food-grade plastic) in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Shipping & Order Tracking

We deliver overall India! Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours and are promptly delivered to your doorstep within 2 to 5 working days via our trusted logistics partners like Shiprocket.

Once your order is dispatched from our unit, you will receive an automated SMS and email containing a live tracking link and an AWB number. You can also monitor your shipment directly on our website's Track Order page.

Policies & Support

Because rice is a consumable food product, we follow a strict No-Return Policy to maintain hygiene and safety standards. The single exception is if you receive an incorrect item. In this rare instance, the package must remain completely unopened and untampered with for the return to be valid. Please report any mismatches within 48 hours of delivery.

You can request an order cancellation within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team, provided it has not already been processed and handed over to our shipping partner. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
